The Hot Stone Massage certification training is a 2-day training and includes the hands-on practical massage techniques, using heated basalt stones in a full 1.5 hour full body massage as well as basic blending of essential oils for the massage. The radiant heat from the stones help to warm and relax the muscles as well as alleviate pain.

The hot stones are very beneficial for the therapist as well as the client. Any client with symptoms of muscular aches & pains, arthritis, fibromyalgia, insomnia, stress & anxiety will find this treatment very beneficial for their condition. Classes include only 4 students/class, so early registration is recommended to avoid disappointment.
