1968 Volkswagen Beetle

Originally a California car imported to Canada in 2006. This car received a full ground up restoration beginning with disassembly and media blast right down to bare metal.

Engine Professionally built 2110 cc Stroker Twin Weber Carbs 44 IDA’s Magna Spark Distributor Vintage Speed full exhaust (Stainless) CB Performance wedge heads Engle Cam External oil cooler with elec. Fan External oil filter New Bosch alternator (12V) Built with the best parts possible

Transaxle: (last year of the swing axle) Fully rebuilt Freeway flyer gear HD Alum. Side plate High Performance Kennedy Clutch Super Beetle Main Shaft

Interior New headliner Re-upholstered seats (front and rear) All new carpeting New sunvisors New rear-view mirror Nardi classis wooden steering wheel Upgraded pedal assembly (bigger main shaft, all new bronze bushings) Billet gas pedal New door panels Billet window cranks Full Sony sounds system with additional bass (2 amps) Autometer- Tachometer, oil pressure gauge, and oil temp gauge. Re-built speedometer from Super beetle. (mileage was set to 0 to track mileage after fresh restoration) Currently has 2616 KM on full restoration
