REDO policy in effect. We expect if our customer isn't happy they will communicate right away(24hours) and give us an opportunity to re do the affected areas, as a clean home is our collective goal. This is for all of our customers whether you are weekly or have brought us in to do a specific task like a post party clean up. Payment required upon completion of work. 30 day accounts are available to customers who have had 6 months of continuous service without issue. We make exceptions.
