Duties that can be performed include but are not limited are as follow;
Plants new flowers, trees, grass, hedges, and bushes. Maintains gardens and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding. Waters plants and lawns and adds fertilizer as needed.
Build, install, repair fences.
Install interlocking stone on yards, driveways or anywhere on the property.
Pressure wash services, including but not limited;
Concrete and paved areas
Windows
House exterior
Fencing
Wooden decks
Driveways etc.
Also offering services to clean up homes of any left over furniture, garbage or juat clean up in general as tenants move out.
Perform small welding repairs;
Anything that is steel structured that could be welded and repaired.
For all of your outdoors, front yard, back yard and home maintenance.
