*Cleaning Estimate*
Normally these are minimum hours (but discussion around the hours is open)
4 hrs. for a Condo
6 hrs. for Semi detached
8 hrs. for Full house
Hours could be more or less depending on the intensity of the work to be done (meaning how dirty the house is)
*Cleaning Products Utilized*
I use a variety of products, including Murphy, Green Works, Waiman, Windex, Lysol, Pledge, and Vim, but I'm also willing to use your own. Because biodegradable products are more effective, I prefer to use them. To make sure we are in agreement, we can talk about all of this during the call.
I carry a bag containing gloves, cloths, and clean microfiber cloths.
*Main floors Bathroom*
I scrub the bathtub and shower. I treat any mildew that appears, make an effort to remove soap scum and hard water deposits from the grout and clean it as thoroughly as possible. I pay attention to mirrors and handles . Every item is taken off the countertops, which are then cleaned and put back in their rightful places. The floor is sterilized, the baseboards are wiped down, the toilet is cleaned, and the sink is empty. The cabinet fronts are polished. Bathroom bins will be emptied.
*Main floors Lounge | Kitchen etc.*
I focus on the microwave interior, outside of appliances, and cabinets. Only fridge outside is cleaned unless it's empty or we discuss an additional feel for fridge interior that is loaded. This applies to oven as well. I rearrange things on the counter tops so they can be properly cleaned and then placed back in their original locations. Everything is cleared out of the sink. I clean the stovetop's surface and, if disassembly is possible, the drip pans. After sweeping, floors or tiles are steam cleaned. I use a terry cloth mop and wood or laminate floor cleaner if there are wood floors. I empty inside litter bins and replace with new liners.
*Bedrooms and Dusting*
This would apply to living spaces as well as bedrooms. I'll dust surfaces by taking out and rearranging a fair number of stuff. Every mirror I see will & been cleaned. I'll inspect for blinds, baseboard dust, and cobwebs. If necessary, deep cleaning will be scheduled at an additional expense.
