Full-time Housekeeper Needed in Langley, BC ($25-$35/hour) Not T

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper for our large family. We have multiple houses on a large family property east of Fort Langley. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and capable of maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Note: our property is not transit accessible. Reliable, personal transportation required. Each day, you will start by supervising one toddler (2.5 years old), helping to get him ready for school, including lunch and belonging packed, preparing meals for the family, and tidying. When his parents have early meetings, you will be supervising him independently. Then you will spend the remainder of your day cleaning (total of 4 homes), performing laundry duties, and ensuring the overall tidiness and functionality of the homes. Occasional assistance with meal preparation and childcare may be required. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm 7:30am - 9:30am - Supervising toddler, meal prep, tidying 9:30am - 3:30pm - Cleaning & household tasks Responsibilities: - Perform regular and thorough cleaning of all rooms in the houses, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface sanitization. - Supervise one toddler every morning, helping to get him ready for school including packing his lunch and belongings for daycare each day. - Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas to maintain a hygienic environment. - Change linens and make beds to ensure freshness and comfort. - Manage laundry tasks, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets, pantries, and storage areas. - Assist with meal preparation by chopping vegetables, washing dishes, and tidying up kitchen surfaces as needed. - Occasionally provide additional childcare support, such as supervising children and assisting with activities under parental guidance. - Communicate effectively with household members to understand their preferences and priorities regarding cleanliness and organization. - Identify and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the household. Requirements: - Proven experience as a cleaner, housekeeper or similar role, preferably in a private household setting. -Extremely reliable, looking for consistent, long-term work. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and products. - Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and lifting. - Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality. - Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed. - Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
