About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Home Cleaner & Home Manager to support the smooth operation of a busy household. This role blends hands-on cleaning with light household management, ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping a home running efficiently. Key Cleaning Responsibilities - Perform regular cleaning of all living spaces (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen) - Deep-cleaning tasks as needed (appliances, baseboards, windows, etc.) - Laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and organizing - Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets, storage areas, and common spaces - Change linens and manage bedding rotation Home Management Responsibilities - Organize household items, pantries, and storage systems - Manage household supplies and restock when needed - Coordinate with service providers (repairs, deliveries, maintenance) - Light meal prep or grocery assistance (optional based on candidate) - Keep track of household schedules, small errands, and general upkeep - Identify issues proactively and communicate needs clearly Qualifications - Experience in professional cleaning, housekeeping, or home management - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy - Comfortable with pets - Valid driver’s license preferred but not required - Clear background check Who You Are - Reliable and punctual - Takes pride in creating a clean, orderly environment - Proactive and solution-oriented - Comfortable managing tasks without supervision - Friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with Schedule - Flexible hours (part-time or full-time) - Weekday availability preferred; occasional weekends if needed
