Full-Time Experienced Cleaner or assistant superintendent
- Residential Building 200 Units – High Rise Condominium, Toronto, ON
- Location: 165 Cherokee Blvd, North York

Job Description:
1/Report to Superintendent
2/ Handle/maintain garbage and recycle bins
3/ Responsible for daily cleaning of common areas and in maintaining a clean, safe, healthy environment (garage, hallway, activity room, elevators, stairs)
4/ Must know how to operate ATV, power wash machine, vacuum cleaner.
5/ Create/maintain/improve maintenance log (in garage/washroom/hallway/swimming pool/gym room etc)
6/ Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1/Similar job experience in a condominium 2 years
2/Communication skills: must speak English. Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
3/ Only working permit, PR or citizens will be considered.
Annual salary: negotiate (please advise your expected salary.)
Weekday: Monday to Friday (12:00-19:00pm)
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday ( 11:00-15:00am ) Sunday - need to take big garbage bin from garage.
On call if any emergency
Start Date: Negotiate
