Needed: Casual Cleaner $50-75 per cleaning

We are looking to contract out cleaning work to someone who can provide suitable cleaning services to clean our Airbnb apartments on a CASUAL basis. This is NOT an employment-type position. If you have not bothered to read to the end of this ad, it means you do not have the attention to detail required for this work.

This type of work is suited for someone looking to supplement their regular income. NO full-time or part-time hours.

This work IS NOT suited for someone who wants to get the work done as fast as possible. Attention to detail and dedication to quality IS A MUST. ————————————————— ◼ MUST be eligible to work in Canada. ◼ MUST provide proof of criminal record check or identity check. ◼ No experience required. ◼ All equipment is supplied on-site (cleaning agents, vacuum cleaner, etc.) ————————————————— DAYS YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE: ◼ Sundays ◼ Occasional Saturdays ◼ Occasional weekdays

Cleanings we can offer you are based on the check-out dates of guest bookings. As an individual providing cleaning services, you have the freedom to accept or decline any of the cleanings we offer. This flexibility allows you to manage your own work. ————————————————— TIME COMMITMENT: Depends on the apartment you clean that day. ◼ 2hrs cleaning for the 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment ◼ 2.5hrs cleaning for the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment ◼ 3hrs cleaning for the 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments ————————————————— HOURS WHEN WORK MUST BE COMPLETED: ◼ You must start by 11:15 AM ◼ Your work must be finished by 4:00 PM because the next guest will arrive and access their apartment by 4:00PM ◼ You may finish before 4:00PM as long as you have met your time commitment for that apartment ————————————————— We Require 2 Things: ▶ RELIABLE: you must show up on-time for each cleaning at 11:00 AM ▶ QUALITY PERFORMANCE: the quality of your cleaning and final appearance of the apartment is of the utmost importance. Our guests place their trust in you to ensure that the apartment is exceptionally clean and visually appealing. After all, they come to stay for vacation and to relax, so a pristine environment is crucial for their enjoyment. ————————————————— WORK DUTIES: ✅ Laundry of all dirty sheets and towels (wash/dry/fold) ✅ Make beds with clean bedsheets ✅ Wash dishes if used (there is a dishwasher in each apartment) ✅ Empty garbage and recycling ✅ Wash sinks, toilet, bathtub/shower ✅ Wipe down/Clean/Remove crumbs, dirt, hair from countertops, stove, coffee machine, bedframe, night stands, desk, dining table, coffee table ✅ Light dusting of all surfaces ✅ Vacuum and mop all floors ✅ Restock Guest amenities ✅ Clean/wash the cleaning tools you use (cleaning rags, mop)
