*****PLEASE SEND YOUR CV TO: fabhomerentals@gmail.com We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented CLEANING COUPLE to join our team in cleaning our 3 apartments (Airbnb). We pay $130 per APARTMENT CLEANING. The apartments have 4 bedrooms each and 3 or 4 bathrooms in each apartment. The cleaning days and times will vary based on the guest's arrival and departure times. Most cleaning times are from 11:00 until 17:00. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will ensure that all areas (inside & outside) are kept clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities: • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust the whole apartment, including the outside area. • Clean and sanitize all bathrooms and kitchen area, including refrigerator & stove, and replenish supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and conditioner…) • Clean all dishes and return them to their place. • Clean all linens and towels and make beds • Assist with replacing batteries and light bulbs. • Clean ceiling vents as needed • Remove all garbage in the apartment and bring it outside to the designated garbage bins. • As needed, clean front entrance stairs and front and back balcony area. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. • If needed, assist with snow removal from the front and back stairs. Experience • At least 2 years of experience in apartment cleaning or hotel room cleaning. • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment usage is an asset. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
