MEC gore-tex ski pants. 30in waist, regular fit.
Lots of great features on these pants: Thigh vents/zips, Recco reflector in the pant leg (Image 4), zips around the leg openings and snap buttons on the gaiters. These are shell pants, they do not have any insulation.
Some wear and tear is visible in the pictures. They're also yellow pants as you can see, so unfortunately they're just going to look dirty.
