Massage room for rent

Small room inside a wellness studio. It's currently being used as a massage room a couple hours a day, but it's free the rest of the day so I'm looking to share the rent of the space so we can all benefit from this cozy and nice space. It would work great for any wellness/ self care professional, such as for reflexology, massage, Reiki, body treatments, waxing, etc. The room includes a sturdy folding massage bed with heated top, adjustable armrest and headrest; space for storage, towel warmer, space heater, and the light system allows customizable brightness and color changing. Whoever rents the space will benefit from the influx of clients coming in for fitness classes. I'm charging $25 per hour, but I'm open to workout a monthly rent if people are interested.
