About the Rose Manor: The Rose Manor is a beautiful, spacious bed and breakfast that combines its timeless historic architecture with contemporary hand-picked décor. There are 8 beautiful rooms, each with its own notable style, and named after an original Rose family member. The original home is very large and was built in 1906, but in 2016 another extension was built on the back to provide even more room for guests.

With such a large unique space, we want to offer massage therapists and aesthetic services to our guests as well! We are currently seeking a registered massage therapist or aesthetic service professional.

About the Innkeepers: We are two young sisters born and raised in the Niagara region. We followed this dream to go into business together and operate a bed and breakfast. The bnb has allowed us to connect our passions for travel, hospitality, cooking, and meeting new people. We are happy to stay in the area and be able to share all the special things about where we live. Hopefully, this partnership will lead to more girls' weekends, wellness retreats, and private events that help add to our guest experience and your clientele list.

Requirements: • Established business with personal clientele and multiple years of experience • Fully insured • Friendly (we live and work onsite so making sure everyone gets along and feels welcome is very important to us) • Be on time for each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service • Maintain the treatment rooms in a neat professional manner including stocking products and linens, cleaning and instrument sterilization • Must be a registered Massage Therapist or Aesthetician in good standing

What we provide: • One space for rent in our upper level, with a shared full bathroom for clients • Access to common areas for waiting purposes and product display/sale • Access to laundry facilities • Free promotion on our website and social media sites (Kathryn freelances social media management and is always around to help with social media needs) • Increased client base with guests arriving year-round • Wifi

The space is currently set up as a therapy office with a desk and couch. You are welcome to use any of the items you like in the space or change/add your own belongings.

We have another aesthetician onsite that offers facials so we would ideally like to find someone with complimentary services as to not compete with our other tenants client base.
