Looking to share my two bedroom/one bathroom rented apartment on 3rd floor with an easy going female Christian roommate.
Person - 1 adult only.
Smoking - No please.
Location - Calgary, Dalhousie, NW.
Laundry - Available on the main floor.
Price - $750 monthly which includes rent, utility/internet.
Lease type - Month to month to pay every 1st (notify one month in advance if leaving).
Amenities - Ten minutes walk to Dalhousie LRT, close to Co-op, Safeway and Walmart.
Cleaning - We will rotate cleaning on a bi-weekly basis for shared areas. Of course, you decide when and how to clean your own room :)
Other - You can bring your own mattress to set up your room, space will be created to accommodate your kitchen utensils for cooking. Living room already has furniture.
