We're creating a short, beginner-friendly video focused on women's popularity in jiu-jitsu, especially how technique and body awareness can be effective regardless of size or strength. Great opportunity to learn some effective skills and confidence you keep for life! No prior jiu-jitsu experience is needed — just openness to learning and contributing to women's empowerment but experience is beneficial! Participants are compensated for their time.
