TPIA Internet Service Providers are third parties who activate customers on the Cogeco (Ontario and Quebec), Eastlink, Rogers and Shaw networks, while customers billed directly by Cogeco (Ontario and Quebec), Eastlink, Rogers and Shaw cannot purchase this modem.
