Eligibility:
1. Purchasing a home as a principal residence valued between $550,000 - $2.5 million
2. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
3. Minimum household income $80,000 per year
4. Have to have a minimum 5% down payment of a purchase price
5. Looking to buy a home within GTA (Toronto, Peel, Halton, Durham, York municipalities), Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo Area
6. Must be pre-approved with our Mortgage Department and fully represented by our Brokerage.
