Key Responsibilities: Assist experienced drillers with the setup, maintenance, and operation of drilling equipment Learn drilling and blasting techniques, including proper site preparation and safe handling of materials Support the drilling team to ensure efficient, timely work on various construction sites Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment Participate actively in on-the-job training and professional development sessions Qualifications: A strong work ethic with a keen interest in learning new skills Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow detailed instructions No previous experience required—we provide thorough training!
