Handy Man with General Construction Experience Wanted

Looking for a Full Time General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations/Property Management looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman. You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties & Property Managment such as: • Drywall Installation & Repair • Framing • Plaster & Paint • Door slab installation. • Ceramic tile installation. • Finish Plumbing. • Kitchen and countertop installation. • Toilet & Bath Installation / Repalcement • General Cleaning • Light Maintenance work. (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.) This is a full-time position (not for general contractors). Salary based on experience and skills $25-$30 A successful candidate requires: • Have their own tools. • 4-5 years of experience. • Their own vehicle. • An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
