Description:
We are seeking a skilled Drywall Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in overseeing drywall projects, including managing teams and coordinating workflow. As a Drywall Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate drywall installation and framing ( interior and exterior) projects from start to finish.
- Manage a team of drywall installers and framers delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Peak Manpower can exceed teams of 30 people.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, and coordinate deliveries as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of experience in drywall installation, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Layout Frmaing and boarding a must.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
