Job Duties: -Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of building construction, installation, and repair services, including bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating, and painting etc. -Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities and work tasks with labour teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. -Liaise with municipal regulators to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations; apply for necessary permits and coordinate with inspectors. -Resolve work-related issues to maintain construction quality, ensure safety, and maximize productivity. -Requisition materials and supplies as needed for project completion. -Supervise and train workers on job duties, safety procedures, building codes, and company policies. -Recommend hiring decisions and subcontracting activities to support project needs. -Prepare and maintain detailed work progress reports. -Ensure project work schedules and deadlines are met. -Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and ongoing cost control to ensure projects remain within budget. -Report to and support the company director as required. Experience and skills requirements: 1. Several years of experience in the trade or construction area 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 3.
