Containerland is looking for a motivated and customer-focused sales representative with strong communication and relationship-building skills to join our team. Experienced in assisting customers with storage and containers solutions, providing quotes, coordinating pick-ups, deliveries and more. Pay: $18hr-$22, plus bonus $200-$1000 a month, applicable to when monthly rental/purchase goals are surpassed. Essential Functions: - Solicit and secure new clients, sell and promote all approved lines of service or product. - Continually meet or exceed sales quotas and expectations. - Proactively identify, solicit and motivate targeted prospects using a variety of methods such as cold-calling, lead qualifying, presenting proposals and sales funnel management. Maintain sales records and accurately fill out new client paperwork. -Safely operate forklift, ensuring area of work is clear of any individual. The ability to safelty relocate containers of differnt sizes and conditions. -Monitor and report competitive activity. -Follow written and verbal instructions. Perform other tasks as directed by supervision. Typical Physical Activity: Physical Demands/Requirements consist of standing, sitting, walking, stooping, driving, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm. Saturday: 11am to 4pm.
