We are looking for an experienced and reliable Furnace & Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and commercial duct cleaning, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities ✔️ Perform residential and commercial furnace & duct cleaning services ✔️ Operate negative air machines, air whips, brushes, and related equipment ✔️ Lead jobs independently or work effectively with a team ✔️ Drive company vehicles to and from job sites ✔️ Take before-and-after photos and complete job documentation using an iPad and CRM software ✔️ Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service ✔️ Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards Requirements ✔️ Minimum 1–2 years of furnace & duct cleaning experience ✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively ✔️ Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract ✔️ Experience with negative air setups, air whips, brushes, and related equipment ✔️ Comfortable using an iPad and CRM software ✔️ Physically fit and capable of manual labor ✔️ Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused ✔️ Comfortable driving company vehicles Preferred Qualifications ➕ Furnace tune-up experience ➕ Carpet cleaning experience ➕ Fall Arrest Certification (asset) ➕ NADCA ASCS Certification (asset)
