The Gardener Calgary South is hiring for 1 crew leader position. This position is available immediately or within the next few weeks.
For the remainder of this winter, this is a snow removal position. The job involves:
- Receiving set pay every 2 weeks whether it snows or not
- shifts start at 6:30am or later as all of the work is residential
- taking 1 helper out to clear snow for high end residential homes
- preparing for our spring and summer season
Once spring arrives, the role transitions to spring cleanups and lawn maintenance.
There are opportunities to learn other skills and advance in pay as The Gardener offers a complete range of services including gardening (apprenticeship opportunity), irrigation, arborist, landscape construction, and fertilization/weed control.
