Chapcoconstruction@gmail.com # Landscaping Construction Labourer ***** Must have valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle to drive yourself to work!***** ## Position Overview We are looking for hardworking and reliable Landscaping Construction Labourers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape construction and be eager to contribute to a variety of outdoor construction projects. ## Responsibilities * Assist with the construction of decks, fences, retaining walls, and paver patios. * Plant trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials. * Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. * Operate hand and power tools safely. * Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and cleanup. * Follow directions from the Foreman and Crew Lead. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Perform general labour duties as required. ## Required Experience Applicants should have experience in: * Deck construction * Fence construction * Retaining wall installation * Paver patio installation * Tree and shrub planting ## Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of landscape construction experience preferred. * Ability to use common construction and landscaping tools. * Strong work ethic and positive attitude. * Reliable transportation to and from work. * Valid driver's license is an asset. * Equipment operating experience is an asset but not required. ## Physical Requirements * Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. ## Compensation * Competitive wage based on experience. * Opportunities for advancement and skill development. * Ongoing training.
