The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in landscape construction and the ability to manage projects, crews, equipment, and job site safety while delivering high-quality workmanship. ## Responsibilities * Supervise and lead landscape construction crews on residential and commercial projects. * Read and interpret project plans and specifications. * Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects are completed on schedule. * Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members. * Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards. * Operate and oversee the safe use of construction equipment and tools. * Maintain a safe and organized job site. * Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and management. * Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently. ## Required Experience Applicants must have proven experience in: * Deck construction * Fence construction * Retaining wall installation * Paver patio installation * Tree and shrub planting ## Qualifications * Minimum 3-5 years of landscape construction experience. * Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred. * Strong understanding of construction methods, grading, and site preparation. * Ability to read landscape and construction plans. * Valid driver's license (Class 5 or equivalent). * Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment is an asset. * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. ## Physical Requirements * Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Comfortable performing physically demanding work. ## Compensation & Benefits * Competitive wage based on experience. * Opportunities for advancement. * Ongoing training and development. * Company benefits package (if applicable).
