Key Responsibilities Include: • For Experienced Carpenters: Framing, trim work, deck building, and general structural repairs • For Experienced Roofers: Installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems (e.g., asphalt, metal, flat roofs). • Ensuring finished work meets all building codes and quality standards. • Maintaining a safe work environment while working at heights. Must-Have Requirements: • Own reliable transportation to job sites in St. Peters, Port Hawkesbury, and surrounding areas. • Proven experience in framing and roofing. • Physically fit to perform the duties of the job, including heavy lifting and extended periods of standing. • Available to work Monday – Friday with the occasional request for Saturday. • Able to work outside in various weather conditions. • Comfortable and capable of working at heights. • Able to accurately read a measuring tape. • Personal hand tools and belt are required.
