We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation processes, including cabinet installation. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities • Perform installation of cabinets and other construction elements in residential and commercial settings. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks. • Conduct caulking and sealing work to ensure proper finishes and weatherproofing. • Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and timelines. • * Experience • Proven experience in construction or installation roles, with a focus on cabinet installation, drywall, or similar tasks. • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. • Previous experience in construction painting is a plus. • A background as a maintenance person or in related fields will be considered an asset. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
