Responsibilities:
• Assist in the assembly of concrete forms according to blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions.
• Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Place and secure reinforcement materials such as rebar or wire mesh.
• Pour and spread concrete to desired thickness and consistency.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in concrete forming, carpentry, or construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in concrete work.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
