Busy property management company requires additional “handyperson” for basic property maintenance issues including, but not limited to, blind installations, minor carpentry repairs, exterior maintenance (screen replacements, deck maintenance etc), small painting and staining jobs, lock installation etc. VEHICLE AND INSURANCE REQUIRED.
