Description We are currently looking for Structured Cabling Technicians of varying experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Install and service cabling infrastructure and devices for Data, in building DAS and various low voltage infrastructure; includes pre-wiring, installation, termination, labeling, testing and reporting per specifications and drawings • Install network racks and cabinets in server rooms • Interact with customers and prospects, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally • Consistently provide customer service and professionalism • Travel and overtime may be requested with this position • Prepare deficiency reports for cleanup and rectification • Support on-site troubleshooting as required • Perform additional duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience pulling, terminating, and testing cat3,5/6, fiber and coaxial cables • Post-secondary education in electrical, telecommunications, electronics, or equivalent is considered an asset • Flexibility to work in a variety of environments, from construction sites to finished corporate offices • Comfortable working at heights, ladders & equipment • Must be able to lift upwards of 50 pounds • Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract and no restrictions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail • Must be bondable and able to pass a background check • Adhere to safety requirements; If you have current Safety certifications let us know.
