Looking for someone that has concrete skill / forming

I'm looking for a team player who is a hard worker. Not afraid to work. I have a small team, with lots of projects. Can come to work on time and be ready to work. Must be able to problem solve and or think outside of the box when working. Must have some concrete forming/ finishing skills, some construction skills or demolition. Knowledge on power tools and hand tools. Looking for someone who is a self stater and will take initiative. I have various types of jobs, so every job is different from concrete job, construction, demoiltion jobs, and anything that comes to my table. We work over the city but mostly in Scarborough
