We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable subcontractor for ongoing bathroom and shower room renovation projects in Toronto. This is not a one-off project. For the right candidate, consistent work will be available. 1. Mandatory Requirements: • Legal status to work in Canada • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Valid WSIB coverage • General Liability Insurance • Own van or pickup truck with tools • Minimum 10 years of proven renovation experience in GTA Full, hands-on knowledge of: • Plumbing • Electrical • Tiling • Carpentry • Plastering / drywall • Painting 2.
