We take pride in our work, delivering outstanding painting services. We are currently seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our growing team as a Painter, or Painters Helper. In this role, you will have the opportunity to follow instructions, and work on quality projects, while engaging in in physical labor. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and maintain focus even in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities: • Follow directions accurately to ensure precise execution of painting tasks. • Carry out physical labor associated with painting, including lifting, climbing, and maneuvering equipment. • Work hours required to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. • Independently handle painting projects while demonstrating attention to detail and craftsmanship. (Painter only) • Adapt to a fast-paced and high-stress environment, maintaining focus and composure. Qualifications: • Previous experience in painting or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Strong ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines. • Physical stamina to endure the demands of the job, including long hours and physically demanding tasks. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively under pressure.
