NOW HIRING — Foundation Repair Labours & Lead Hands Abalon Construction | Full-time | Edmonton / Area Abalon Construction is hiring Foundation Repair Labour for full-time work. We have openings for entry-level laborer's and experienced lead hands. Pay is $23–$30+ per hour depending on experience. Foundation repair experience is valued. A Class 5 driver’s license is a strong bonus but is not required. Abalon is a foundation repair and construction company. Crews work on underpinning, excavation support, waterproofing, concrete, and related structural repair on homes and commercial sites. This is physical outdoor work. Days are long, conditions change with weather and soil, and the standard is safe, clean, finished work—not just moving dirt. What the job looks like Labourers support the crew: excavation, installing waterproofing and drainage, moving material, keeping the site organized, and following the lead hand or site supervisor. You will use shovels, saws, mixers, pumps, and small equipment. You will work in trenches, around foundations, and in tight access. Safety rules are not optional. Lead hands run a small crew on the job. Who should apply Entry-level: you are reliable, on time, and willing to learn hard work. Construction, landscaping, farming, or warehouse experience helps. No foundation experience is required if you show up ready to work and take instruction. Experienced / lead hand: you have foundation repair, concrete, waterproofing, or structural repair time. You can read a job, set a pace, and keep a crew productive without cutting corners on safety or finish. A Class 5 licence is useful for site-to-site travel and company vehicles. It is not a condition of hire but required for lead hands.
