Position Description Estimators are responsible for the sale of demolition services to a variety of clients in the Edmonton Area. Accountable to the Sr. Estimator, Estimators are expected to achieve yearly sales of 10 times their annual salary. Estimators are expected to continuously network, and generate new relationships on behalf of Downright Demolition Ltd.
Estimators are accountable to the General Manager for the following tasks, including but not limited to:
Sale of demolition services to new and existing clients of all sizes Responsible and accurate quotation of demolition services to all clients Clear and consistent communication to project management upon awarding of contract regarding specific tasks to be complete Clear communication in working with administrative staff for the provision of quotations to clients Completing site walkthroughs at the finalization of the project with the client to address any issues and fill out a performance survey Consistently follow up with clients in need of demolition services Communication with marketing staff for future budget allocation Necessary Skillset

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
