Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Truck Mechanic (fleet maintenance) to maintain and repair our growing fleet of highway trucks and trailers.
Job responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections, diagnostics and repair trucks and trailers.
- Handle Engine, Brake, Suspension, electrical and air systems.
- Maintain Service records and repair logs.
- Carry out safety checks and regular fleet maintenance.
- Ensure fleet meets DOT/CVSA safety standards.
Requirements:
- 1 Proven experience as a truck or heavy duty mechanic.
- Strong Diagnostic skills.
- Class 1 driver license is an added advantage and asset.
- Bring own tools.(shop tools provided as well).
- Reliable/Punctual and professional attitude.
