As we expand, we seek experienced individuals who are driven and dedicated to maintaining our high standards. Qualifications: * Work Ethic: Highly motivated, driven, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality workmanship. Maintain punctual attendance and reliability. * Availability: Able to work weekdays and weekends if needed. * Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation. Experience; * Duraforms: 1-3 years * Concrete forming: 1-3 years Responsibilities: * Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials such as wood, lightweight steel, and concrete for structural and architectural components. * Establish and dismantle temporary formwork structures with precision and efficiency. * Inspect cribbing setups for stability and compliance with safety standards. * Collaborate with team members to optimize cribbing processes and improve workflow efficiency. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Document cribbing activities and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
