The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technician to handle everything from routine maintenance to advanced mechanical repairs. You will work alongside a highly experienced team, including Subaru factory-trained Nam, who brings over 25 years of expertise to the shop.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnostics & Repair: Perform complex electrical and drivability diagnostics and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
General Maintenance: Execute routine services including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid flushes.
Quality Control: Ensure all repairs meet shop standards and manufacturer specifications to guarantee customer safety.
Motorsport Prep: Assist with performance upgrades, track day setups, and motorsport vehicle preparation for various racing series.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used on digital or paper work orders.
Qualifications
Certification: Valid Ontario 310S License or currently registered as a 3rd Year Apprentice.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive service environment is preferred.
Skill Set: Strong troubleshooting abilities and proficiency with diagnostic software and specialized tools.
Driver’s License: Valid Ontario G License with a clean abstract; ability to drive manual transmission is a MUST.
Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools.
