No Longer Available - Help me part my car

I have a Hyundai Sonata 2011 (illustrative image) that has seen better days. Instead of just scrapping it, I want to part it first, to learn more about cars and to make a bit of extra money off it. I'd love to pay someone, ideally a mechanic, mechanic student, or someone who has parted a car before, to help me do this and learn along the way. I'm offering to pay hourly and also to give you a percent of the profits if you help me sell the parts (price them and negotiate with buyers). Weather is looking good for next week so I'd love to potentially spend Monday and Tuesday on this. If not, we can find another time.
