Who we need: We are currently seeking a skilled Shingle Roofing Foreman to oversee our residential and commercial sloped (shingle) roofing projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team known for excellence and to contribute to our reputation for quality craftsmanship.

Where we Work: Our Shop is in Kitchener and 90% of our worksites are within 30 minutes or less drive.

What you'll do: - Lead and supervise a team of roofers and laborers, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. - Plan, organize, and oversee the installation of shingle roofing systems, including time-management, material allocation, and equipment operation. - Conduct your site inspections and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion within budget. - Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction on all projects. - Train and mentor team members in roofing techniques, safety protocols, and company standards.

How will you know this is for you: - You have proven experience as a Roofing Foreman or a similar leadership role in the roofing industry. - You've got In-depth knowledge of shingle roofing systems and materials as well as an openness to expand that knowledge. - You have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team while keeping your cool. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills come naturally to you. - A commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations is on your mind at all times. - You are able to physically climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions. - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset but not exclusively necessary. We use our fleet vehicles.
