Augusta Builders is seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team, primarily focusing on bathroom installations. As an independent contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our projects, contributing to our reputation for excellence in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install tiles in bathrooms according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
Prepare surfaces for tiling, including cleaning, leveling, and waterproofing as necessary.
Measure and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and create intricate designs.
Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and grouting for a flawless finish.
Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tile Installer, with a focus on bathroom installations.
Proficiency in using tile-cutting tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and precision in tile placement.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment.
