Pay: $25–$27/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, in person Job Description We are hiring an experienced Attic Insulation Installer to join our team. This role is best suited for someone who already has hands-on attic insulation experience and is comfortable working independently and as part of a crew. This position is not entry-level. Requirements (Must Have) Minimum 2 years of attic insulation experience (required) Valid G driver’s licence Own vehicle to get to and from work (no public transit) Construction experience and ability to use basic hand tools Comfortable working in: Attics and confined spaces Hot and cold conditions At heights and on ladders Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong time management and reliability Professional attitude with homeowners Recent criminal record check (within 6 months) What We Offer Competitive hourly wage based on experience Paid training and required courses Opportunities for advancement Benefits after probation Boot allowance On-site parking Casual work environment
