Entry Level - Estimator / Project Manager

Growing company ready to expand the position from current to meet business demand. Seeking employee for entry level position for Estimator/Project Manager. Starting at $28 per hour. Must have experience but candidate for the position can be at entry level with some experience if work ethic, building knowledge, organization and tech skills are strong . Position is working side by side with the owner and crew. We're a growing company, the opportunities are unlimited for personal growth. APR is mostly end to end renovations (excluding licensed trades) in both residential and commercial. A full spectrum of services from T&M Maintenance/Repair calls to million dollar commercial renovations. We opened the business with insurance restoration in mind but our path quickly lead us to be a Full Service General Contractor with currently 17 employees, the service vehicles to support them and a shop full of tools and equipment. Currently underway; - $700,000 renovation of a warehouse into mechanic shop for national franchise - $500,000 factory new building set-up/construction - 2024-2026 Municipal Contract, renovating residential homes & apartments and repairs in lived in units - 345 municipal projects in 2024 that we hold preferred contractor status on our bids - Strong relationships with a Property Management company who manage 200+ Condo Corps with endless amounts of work available

To be 100% clear on the outline of this position; - If you are a head hunter, staffing agency or importer of foreign workers, do not respond to this ad - If you are a remote estimator or do not live in London or within a 30 min drive of London, do not respond to this ad. - This position is typically Mon to Fri from 7:30am to 4pm. - This position comes with an office you're expected to work from. - You must be skillful with technology, computers and software. - You must be over the age of 25 and have a valid drivers license and a clear drivers abstract, visiting potential jobsites for scope of work/estimates and daily site inspections is the job. Company vehicle provided and if not available, km paid. - A successful candidate would start immediately unless otherwise employed where as proper notice and follow though of that notice would be expected. - Know the owner still crawls into attics to find water intrusions and writes up reports, will rotate in with the labours digging a trench, will hump wheel barrels of concrete on pour day and strap on the tool belt any day it's needed... applicants should know... there are no shiny hard hats or un-scuffed work boots in this company.
