Requirements Ability to lift 40+ pounds Physically capable of kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, and handling heavy equipment and materials Valid G2 or G-class driver’s license Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Job Duties Sweep and prepare work areas Hand grind floors to remove defects Measure and cut flooring materials accurately Read blueprints and determine layout requirements Install a variety of flooring types, including: Ceramic, Vinyl, Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), Carpet tile Install vinyl base Pour, level, and skim-coat cement flooring Install commercial vinyl flooring, including flash coving and heat welding Additional Information Work hours vary based on business needs and may include days, evenings, and weekends How to Apply Please forward your resume for consideration.
