We're looking for an experienced Lead Hand in Trim Carpentry to manage a high-rise apartment project in Kitchener. If you have a solid background in installing metal knockdown frames, baseboards, shelving, and other essential hardware, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the job site. Lead a small team of carpenters to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Install metal knockdown frames, baseboards, shelving, and various hardware. Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations on-site. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Troubleshoot issues and ensure work is completed to a high standard. Requirements: Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter with a focus on high-rise apartments or similar projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
