CNC Machinist/Robotic Technician

Job Description:Job Description Duties:Ability to use CNC equipment to cut, trim, slot, chamber, profile, shape materialThe operator will pull up programs, make minor adjustments to programs, install machine accessories like pins, cutting tools, templates, spoil boardsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operationsSelect and install cutting tools, adjust machine settings, and perform tool changes as necessaryMonitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiencyMeasure and inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesTroubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product qualityPerform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Qualifications:Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar roleExperience required with CNC and robotic cellsStrong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practicesProficient in blueprint reading and interpretationFamiliarity with power tools and hand tools used in machining operationsAbility to operate a forklift safely and efficientlyAbility to work 12 hr continental shifts. (Day/Night/Weekends)
