Looking for long term carpenter / framer
Minimum 10 years relevant experience minimum required.
Prospect Builders is a well established (1978) Tarion/HCRA family business specializing in high-end custom homes, additions, renovation and light commercial.
Wages are negotiable and based on experience:
Starting @ $35.00 and up per hour depending on experience, with weekly pay.
Includes full medical benefits (family included if required)
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Fridays 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Approx. annual salary: $73,216.00 to $91,520.00.

Carpenter License preferred, but not required.
Must have personal vehicle and able to travel to job sites.
Full Medical benefits after 3 week probation period.
We offer clients a turn-key package and the jobs vary from finish carpentry to framing, siding, demolition, tile work, drywalling, metal roofing, decks; everything involved in a new build.
Quality and good work ethic is paramount.
Apprenticeship opportunities with three Journeymen Carpenters on staff.
Jobs and location change regularly from Down Town infills, (including renovations and additions) to Rural estate builds.
