Gold Mine Foreman & Operator for placer mining operation

We are looking for a performance-oriented leader to join our team in a foreman position for the 2024 season. This position requires the following experience and attributes. - Mine (preferred) or construction site planning, supervision, and safety - Heavy equipment operation - Comfort with living in a camp environment - A track record of creative problem solving, process improvement, delivering on project deadlines, and leading teams to create exceptional outcomes

The following additional qualifications/experience are desired but not required - Mechanical repair - Prospecting
