Job Description: We are looking for hardworking Roofing Installers to join our team. Starting wage is $28 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with Roof Installations and Repairs: Support our team in installing new roofs, repairing damaged areas, and performing routine maintenance. Site Preparation and Clean-Up: Prepare job sites by unloading materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring a clean, organized work area. Material Handling: Load and unload roofing materials, tools, and equipment. Following Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. General Support: Assist with additional tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule. Qualifications: Previous experience in roofing or general construction is a plus but not required. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude. Good communication skills and a commitment to safety.
